| Description |
ISYS Technologies is currently hiring a Database Administrator.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
• Expert knowledge of Sybase relational database systems
• Knowledge of AIX, IRIX and Solaris operating systems
• Knowledge of building a Sybase server
• Unix Scripting development skills including PERL and PERL/Tk
• Familiarity with DDTS, DOORS, Clearcase, LDAP, and SNMP
• T-SQL programming experience
• UNIX shell programming experience (Korn and variants of C shell)
• Strong Perl programming skills
DESIRED SKILLS: Knowledge of SW development methodology, lifecycle and process
TYPICAL EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS: Associates or Bachelors degree in Computer Science, and/or 3 years experience as Database Engineer or Database Administrator
