| Description |
Duties and Responsibilities:
Under general supervision, develops custom programs for web sites that will attract users. Possesses a thorough knowledge of programming and server software operations. Creates web front-end user interface to new or existing databases using a combination of HTML, SQL, C, VB or other languages to make business applications accessible.
In addition:
- Provide end-user support for web services.
- Monitor and resolve issues through ticketing system.
- Troubleshoot web related issues, to include connectivity, coding, and general issues.
- Develop and update documentation for help desk procedures and processes.
- Work closely with the Sr. developers to ensure expeditious resolution of customer issues
Required Qualifications:
Requires bachelor's degree (in Computer Science or related field) or equivalent and two to four years of related experience.
Desired Qualifications:
- Microsoft Sharepoint familiarity
- HTML, .NET, etc.
